Construction Details:

Bought a white triangle bikini top, removed the strings and replaced them with black cords. Used black acrylic paint to do the web designs on both pieces. Took an old pair of pants and cut them down to a length that was appropriate. Used a garterbelt found in-store, and cut away all the detailing around it. The boots were actually two different sizes (one size 9, one size 11), but they were the last pair and 70% off so I had to get them regardless because they were perfect.
Took a large black shawl/wrap, and folded it into fourths, and sealed it used the white fabric ends, also with the design painted on in acrylic paint
