About this Costume
Construction Details:
Instead of using screens from the movie, I went with the Kingdom Hearts color scheme. It's more grey and was a bit easier to nail colors and find fabrics, since I was having a tough time really deciding what to go with.
The "corset" top is fully steel boned but not enough to really make a difference. I used a New Look prom-ish pattern and had to lengthen the waistline by a 1.5" (as usual) so it would fit my weird, long torso. The skirt was a trial considering the odd pleating she has going on.
The shirt was...I don't even know. It was so hard to find something close to what she wears. I had to use some blouse pattern and modify it to the point the front closure was a back zipper. >
Personal Thoughts:
My girls all wanted to put together a big princess group for the local sci-fi con. I've always loved Aurora's pre-princess dress the best and the art design in Sleeping Beauty is my favorite. <3

I didn't do that great a job on this, but I'd love to fix it for later.

Styling Notes
I was cutting it close to con time and had no time to do her stupid bangs. D: So I kinda just tried to pin them in a manner that looked...close?
Wig Review
Sepia brand wigs are always super nice.
The color was beautiful and people mistook it for my real hair.
