Happy has detachable Aria (wings) and satchel bag. His front paws are articulated with an opposable thumb so he can hold Lucy's keys as she begs for forgiveness. Tail and wings are wired. His feet are weighted to counterbalance his giant head, but still requires his tail to tripod in order to stand alone.

I was asked to make a Happy plush a few years ago which I looked into but never got around to doing. Good too, cos it would have been the manga version, who has thinner limbs, and annoying white palms and soles among other subtle differences. Then along comes FUNimation and so I'm requested to make the anime version instead. AYE SIR! Showed up at NYAF 11
