Suit Help

Does anyone know (a) where I can get a pinstripe suit in the color shown in the image below, or (b) how I might be able to modify a dark brownish-burgundy cotton suit to match the color (while retaining the stripes)?

The color and style I'm looking for is below.


I also need the vest, the right kind of gloves, a better version of the mask (working on it), and maybe a revolver or butterfly knife, but I can handle those.
