Stuck with a blue wig and need some cosplay ideas for it!

Hello--I recently got stuck with a kelly style royal blue Sepia wig for a theater production, but since I'm not getting reimbursed I would kind of like to cosplay with it so I don't feel like I'm wasting money. So, I need some female (or really really awesome male) cosplay ideas for it. Anybody have any suggestions? Also, I can cut and style pretty well, so that's no issue.
