Please send the following information to zenkaikonpanels@gmail.com to apply for a panel. Please include information for each of the items below or your panel will not be considered.

* Your Name
* Name of Your Panel
* How many people will be on the panel? (Please include any other names, if applicable)
* What time(s) of day suit your panel best?
* A short description of the panel (Please include information on tone. Is it a humorous panel or a serious academic one?)
* Have you run panels before at other conventions? If so, please list some or all of those conventions.
* Will your panel have any special needs? (i.e., Do you require a projector, a microphone, a DVD player?)

Also, so that everyone is aware, here is some information regarding the attendance cap...

Thanks to everyone who made pre-registration for Zenkaikon 2009 such an extraordinary success. Due to the overwhelming number of pre-registrations (approximately a 160% increase over the previous year), we've has decided to announce an attendance cap of 1500 attendees per day for the convention. By this Tuesday (October 20), there will be a count available on the registration page of the Zenkaikon website, noting the number of available memberships remaining.

In order to give as many attendees as possible the opportunity to pre-register, online registration will remain open through Wednesday, November 4, 2009 (three days before the event). Attendees who pre-register are guaranteed admission to the convention, and will be able to check in beginning at 8:00am on Saturday (an hour before general admission).

After November 4th, we will post an announcement with how many memberships are still available at the door, based on the number of pre-registrations we have.

Any questions regarding registration or the attendance cap can be directed to registration@zenkaikon.com (or you can send me a PM too). Thanks for your understanding as we work with the hotel to ensure everyone has a great time at the con!
