What Now?

I found antique mirror frame that looks just like Sailor Neptune's Mirror. my only trouble is the symbol on the back I have no Idea how to do it. I thought reisen might work, but I don't know how to use it. If anybody can please give me some pointers I'd appricaite it.

Unfortunatly For some sad reason my Computer won't link with the picture I have. But Really all it is, is a blue back peice with the symbol of Neptune in the middle of it.
