Difficult Parts of Cosplay Hard to Find?

Post by MegumiHime » Tue Mar 18, 2008 6:22 pm

I'm having issues with finding a few parts of two, up coming cosplays. I am looking parts for Maximillion Pegasus (Yu-Gi-Oh) and Benviolo (Romeo x Juliet) for Tekkosho Con in April. I need help finding them. I've looked in thrift stores, ebay and a few other sites but I can't find them for realitively cheap.

Parts I'm having issues with finding are:

Pegasus -

- white collared ruffled shirt, with ruffled sleaves
- silver loafer shoes size 7.5 (wide if possible)

Ben -

- white stirrup pants (medium/size 12)
- blue ankle boots, without heels size 7.5 (wide if possible)

If you have any idea where I can find them, please link me! Thanks!

Have you tried Ebay, a local thrift store, or something like Ross or Marshalls?

The shoes you probably will have to paint yourself.

I agree. Here is a good site for leather paint (that doesn't crack when you walk), but its a little pricey. I'm not sure where else you can get leather paint.

I've heard that floral paint works wonders on shoes.
