Need help with Sasuke costume

Well, I need help. What I want to do, and what all I need is a hot-to guide on how to make Sasuke's Demon Wind Shurikien. I want it to look like the one in the cartoon. Thank you, ( Sasuke Blue shirt version)

Sasuke's Blue/black shirt: Don't have it.
Sasuke's White/black Shorts: have it (but i want a longer white one )
Arm sleeves: have it? (made it myself, doesn't look good)
Leg sleeves: don't have
Shoes: wearing converse's (black)
headband: have it
Demon Wind Shurikien: don't have
Spiky hair: no (probably will use a wig)

okay, what you'll need is two big sheets of cardboard, a thick sheet of styrofoam (the good kind from the walmart craft section, not packing styrofoam) and a large sketch of the shuriken's outline. then what you'll do, is with a craft knife, cut out the sketch, then use it to cut out the pattern on the cardboard sheets and the styrofoam. then, you can either super glue/hot glue/craft glue, the styrofoam in between the two cardboard layers, or you could duct tape it (if you don't mind it looking a bit tacky) and then, just cut out the circular center, and spray paint it black. then when it's dry, you should be ready to go~!
