Exactly like his hair? Try Ebay...other than that, find a wig from Amphigory and style it.

Seifer's got that slicked-back style, right? That's kind of a tough wig to find, especially in blond. You might try starting with something like this: http://www.cosplaysupplies.com/wigs/500/50841.jpg

...which is still not quite his hairline, but at least the hair goes in the right direction.

Actually, some of the "Dracula" wigs have a hairline more like Seifer's, but of course, they never come in the right color. I haven't looked at men's wigs lately to see whether there are any new styles. Otherwise, look for a skin top wig so that when you comb the hair back, the wefts and wig netting aren't so obvious. Oh, you might also need spirit gum or some other adhesive to paste the front and sides of the wig to your skin so it's a little less wig-like.

You're not an idiot for almost using caulk. I use it too, it's just that it was too strong for this wig and it wasn't necessary. But hey, the wig turned out kickass!

you could always dye your own hair blonde and slick it back. as crazy as I am I did that. here are the results.

almsays_dreams ~ That would work, but
a) It seems like a bit too much to dye your hair when you could buy a wig and save yourself the trouble (this coming from someone who has never dyed her hair in her life and isn't a fan of hair dye AT ALL)
b) Seifer's hair is a lot more unruly than downright slicked back. It's more spiky and pushed back than slicked, and no offense to you because it works ^^;, but in the picture it looks more like crossplayers who put their hair in a ponytail thnan it looks like Seifer's hair. ^^;;;;;
I'm really uber-picky about accuracy though, so ignore me. >>;
a) yeah, I guess. It was no trouble to dye my hair. took me 20 mins and $12.00. then again, i dye my hair all the time. the change to blone was nice.
b) my hair wasn't in a ponytail. i only used a couple of sprays with the gel. unfortunatly, that isn't the greatest pic of the hair. as for unruly and spiky, i do agree that it is kind of spiky in the front. I think his style would be more slicked back, because if his hair were any less than that it would look like a man boufant and look silly. (my ex-bf is a prime example of that) not many guys go for the boufant look. but that's just my interpretation.
btw: your wig looks great
