Noriko Ukai Hair

Post by RottenOnion » Tue Mar 15, 2005 9:33 pm

Right, so i really really want to do a Noriko (Gravitation) cosplay. My only problem is her hair. I don't have the hair to do it. ( right now i am curing myself for cutting my hair >.>) and not to mention i spent a crap load of money last month on getting my hair bleached to plataium blonde.

"so" you say, " That must leave you with the option of a wig"
That is correct. One thing:
Me no good at wigs. I've never touched one. And I know having a wig styled is expensive >.>

So, any suggestions???

Though I don't normally give such short answers.

Use this tutorial and then add in some more extensions for the ponytails.

You can actually get them at the very same site. Just go to her supplies list.

I need help in chosing a style of wig. Her pigtails are like big curles. Should i start with a curly-type wig? Or no??

You can do anothoer incarnation of her hair from the manga where it's pretty much ponyfalls. Much easier to do and less of a hassle. But since I'm working on a Noriko wig, I'll fill ya in!

I started with a straight wig that was about shoulder length. I bought some extensions for the back part, including the pigtails.
