constructing a Hakuryu costume

I want to go as Hakuryu the ddragon from Saiyuki,but don't know how to go about doing this,can some one help?

Why not do it the old-school Chinese style and have a lot of people inside one giant dragon costume?

any way...I don't even think he's going with me,I was jsut thinking of going as th elil dragon,and carry around a Hakkai plushy

anyways, i would think that maybe you could wear a white body suit with claws or something. You could have a wig with white spiky hair and have two horns. If you want to go to the extreme red contacts would be great.

wings! whee!

His wings actually remind me of paper fans. You could do something interesting with papier-mache or similar... baling wire and poster-type board, or perhaps that white craft-foam sheet stuff.

You can do a human version of him. Like a Dragon Half costume but of this color and character you want.

Well the head does look like a pretty cool headdress, wear wings and have like the tail connect from the back part rolling down to the ground. Wear dragom claw gloves and clawed feet slippers.

If you do the head piece right. People would know you're a dragon not a gargoyle.
