I think I have heard of a con in Wisconsin, I believe it was called No Brand Con. I'm really sorry if that turns out to be totally wrong. Good luck!

Hey, I'm from SE Wisconsin and love cosplay. Unfortunately, our pathetic lil state doesn't have any big cons, i think there's a very small one in milwaukee and also one in eau claire but i can't vouch for them. I usually go to acen and reactor and cosplay there, or for halloween. also i wear random cosplay items to school just to see if anybody recognizes them. (elric coats, hitai ate, etc.)
