Trying to Make a Soma Peries(Gundam 00) costume

Hi, I'm a new cosplayer to this site!
I've been cosplaying for several years, and although I can't really consider myself a "good" sewer, I'm working to get better and looking for sewing classes!
I'm trying to make Soma Peries' costume from the second season (double tone green) (here's a pic...http://mydesign-club.net/wp-content/upl ... peries.jpg) and I'm looking for the easiest way to make it.
Is there anywhere I can get a pattern for something like/similar to/or is this?
I already have the fabrics I need, and I have the gloves and will order the wig and contacts soon.
But I need a pattern/method of making this neatly and fit properly!!!
Please help me!!!!!!! ^^
