ok... well im not sure it would fit me since my measurements for it is smaller.

My bust: 32"
My wasit: 27"
My hips: 36.5"

Is there a way i can make it smaller to fit me?
From the wasit down, what is the lenght? i would like to know how short it would be on me.

The skirt is 14.5" long.

This is a lined dress, it cannot easily be made smaller. You could probably take in the bust a little. The hip measurement doesn't really matter.
