it depends on the costume. They're all small in size.. my measurements are usually around 33-24-35, and many of these costumes were made a long time ago. So let me know which one in particular you'd like to know measurements for.
For mew ichigo:
The waistband of the skirt is about 28", the hips are free, the waist measurement of the top is about 26" and the bust is 29". Also, the back closes with a separating zipper, so it would be very easy to get altered to fit better. Those measurements are the entire circumference
