He is My Master Maid Dress
I wore it as Mitsuki, but since all the uniforms are the same, grab a wig and you can be Anna, Mitsuki, or Izumi!

Measurements:
Dress: Bust is around 33, but it's completely open in the back so it should fit up to 36 or possibly more. I wore it as a 34. Cups that are sewn in are B.
Waist is 26. Hips are loose. Length from waist is 15 inches.
Gloves are really nice material, but have makeup stains on them. I washed them with woolite once and could not get the stain out, but I'm including it simply because you may have better luck! They measure 23 down to the middle finger. The arm bands are separate pieces so if you need to buy separate gloves, you can. They measure 9.
Neck band is 14.5.
Leg bands are 14 stretched. I recommend thigh highs that are transparent, not opaque to match the ref.
Apron length is 12 3/4, and the TOTAL sash length is 91.5.
Other issues: The bra cups are stained from the double sided tape I used. It didn't wash off, but it's not anything icky. The skirt is serged on, all other edges are finished with typical "I have no serger!" means--zig zag, folded hems, etc. The headband has little hooks so you can slide bobby pins in to hold it. It works beautifully actually! Slight elastic by the tiny bows of the straps in the front. Straps are ribbon that can easily be replaced with a longer or shorter length. There is a tiny hole in the skirt where it is attached to the skirt.
