Sailor Moon Cosplay Contest announced!

It's been a LONG time coming, but the Sailor Moon manga is now available in the US. So it's time to dust off those seifuku and enter what should be a fun light hearted contest! Any and all Sailor Moon franchises are eligible including the Musicals and Pretty Guardian live action. There will be a top 5 and you will each get 5 votes each.
