Not getting Notifications

I'm wondering if I somehow managed to turn off some master switch for Notifications because no matter how many times I reset my "Notification Settings," I never get any type of notification or digest.

Are you talking about via email, or they're not showing in the notification center at all? Email notifications have been disabled since the server move while we rework a couple things.

Notifications for replies don't seem to be working. I'm not getting a message when someone replies to my comments. D:
