Celestial Upgrade Not processed

Hi!
So I did the celestial Upgrade to my account and bought it back in OCT. Actually on OCT 31st that is. I have the Paypal transaction as processed but my account has not changed. I have Paypal receipts and so forth so that i can provide transaction numbers and what not if need be.
