Need ideas for cosplay

Hi yeah im new to this and well all i need is some ideas for a cosplay that i will be cheap to prepare /construct and for may and something that is comfortable and suits me. heres some info about me to trigger those brains of yours so that i can get the best possible cosplay ever..

im a white girl
19 years old
has straight shoulder length brown hair with bleach blonde streaks,
light hazel eye colour...unless in a certain light they look steal Grey.
only one set of ear peircing
is 5'4" tall
chesty(enough said)
curvy
and is willing to cut or dye hair any colour any length

Its not Anime but you can definitely be Trish Stratus former WWE diva. I was suggesting Her cowgirl outfit she used to start out with as a manager. It fits with the height similarity.
