Hajimemashite!
If you want to insert a picture, type [img]before%20the%20link%20to%20the%20picture%20and[/img] after it. I believe that should work...
Just don't post anything too huge. ^^

(PS, you might also want to consider re-sizing your avatar, it's a little too big horizontally.)
