Judges don't believe I made my costume.

I recently went to a con and entered the cosplay contest as Kagame from Inuyasha. During the prejudging the judges seem to think that my costume was perfect it was good I had done everything that David told me to work on the last time you know finish seems him and was nearly perfect then they begin to think that everything was too perfect they said it looked professionally done. I thought I had help my mom had helped me understand and read the patterns but I did everything. I did all the sewing and alterations myself.
