New to cosplay

Whats up everyone my name is Blake. I have been interested in cosplay for years but i am just now actually getting into it. im looking to cosplay both anime and comic book characters. I'm about to start working on my first set of cosplays now and i was looking for some advice. i am making three naruto: leaf shinobi outfits i pretty much have the jackets covered (i think lol) but i was wondering if anyone knew what would be good for the pants (other than sweat pants) and i was also need to know how to start fabricating kunai and or shuriken. (including materials used to fabricate. like i said im new lol) if anyone has tips or info i would be greatful thank you so much
