Vocaloid Cosplay Group in NC?

I would love to have a Cosplay group specifically for Vocaloid in NC.... Preferably near Cabbarus County.... I am really obsessed with Vocaloid, and although I have never cosplayed before, I am working on an Akita Neru Cosplay. I also am hoping for some fun people to be around that I can make friends with. I am really young, too being only 11, so I am hoping for some elementary (very unlikely.. lol) or middle schoolers to join so I don't feel too young... I am really friendly and funny, but I have no experience in cosplay, although I have been to Ichibancon 2011 before. I really hope some of you are interested!!
