Little girl in need of cosplay idea!

Hi, everyone, this is my first "real" cosplay I have planned to really dress up for. I am in desperate need of ideas. My back-up plan is to cosplay as Ranma 1/2, which I like, I am just looking for more ideas.

I'm a 5'2", skinny and tiny, white female with red-brown hair to the shoulders (so I can either play a redhead or brunette). I wouldn't mind playing a male character, either.

I've checked out the anime character database, but I only knew of like, one or two of the characters suggested.

Can anybody give me some suggestions? :3 Thank yooou.

In April I made a couple of costumes for a red head that were really cute:

Yuki actually has two outfits, one black and one white.
