Help with ideas?

I need some help with ideas on who to cosplay as. (I added a picture below, sorry it's so big)
I had thought about dyeing my hair blonde and going as Sailor Uranus or Sexy Joe (Dramacon). But, I'd really like some other ideas please. Thanks

Actually Sailor Uranus isnt such a bad idea! She is perhaps my favourite sailor senshi out of the five usual group. I like her partner in crime too.

You know, you don't have to cosplay someone just because you look like them. Also; If theres a character you like and you don't have the right hair, why not invest in a wig? ^^; It's worth it.
But I do think you would make a great Uranus. [:
