Help, I am running out of time!

So, I am a virgin to cosplay and I am finally going to my first anime convention in Dallas which is coming up here soon. My friend is already having me go as a sexy female version of Ash Ketchum from pokemon and her charizard, very excited, anyways we will be there for three days and I only have one cosplay outfit and I would like more. Here are some pics.
Note: I am 5'1" and willing to dye my hair and cut, as long as it isn't too short.

Pic 3= Head shot, this is what my hair looks like now
Pic4 = Best one I could get with the length of my hair
I really hope I can get some ideas and pics, I am running out of time and would appreciate all your help.

Seeing as you're new to the cosplay scene, you may want to start out with a rather simple costume that requires little sewing. First of all, what are a few of your favorite anime/manga/video games?

Yeah, I was thinking school girl or harajuko punk, atleast something to that affect.
I like loveless, paradise kiss, clannad, vampire knight, final fantasy, flcl, hissing, model, ect. Theres alot more, I just cannot remember any right now, lol.

Never mind, my cousin helped me decide and I'm going as Aerith from Final Fantasy VII. I'm excited.

So, I had a blast at my first anime convention and I am without a doubt going to go next year.
Hence, why I am asking again but this time I'm not in a big rush.
I need more ideas, I was planning on doing winry rockbelle from full metal alchemist, aerith from final fantasy VII, and Ceras Victoria from Hellsing. But Im not sure I can pull off winry because Im too short and Ceras because of my hair. But I don't mind dying my hair or using wigs and my hair will be blonde-ish closer to the date of the next con I will be going too. So, it would be wonderful if I could get more ideas for characters.
