Characters who wear lipstick/nice hair

Hello everybody
!
I'm Jéssica and I'm new at ACP Forums, but not new into cosplaying.
Please, sorry for the horrible English, it's not my mother language, so I can't speak it perfectly...
Do you guys know any nice brunette female character who wears red/reddish lipstick? Maybe someone with some red or navy blue in their clothes...
(I already cosplayed Yuuhi Kurenai, from Naruto)
I'm also looking for a brunette character who has a nice hairdo, perhaps with some braids or things like that... the 2 features (red lipstick + nice hairdo) combined would be great!
Show me pics, please!
P.S.: If you wanna know, I have pale (a little) skin, dark brown shoulder-length hair and dark brown eyes. Here's two pics:

Death Note... The News Broadcast girl forget her name... Ah Kiyomi Takada, She has lipstick but its usually pink. If see a episode with someone with Long spiky hair name last name Mikami, you might see her.

I tried to cosplay Takada once, but couldn't make my hair looks that short, nor could find a nice wig...
But Faye Valentine is a nice option =D!

Thanks! I will search for her.
Initially I was thinking about Yukari from ParaKiss, what do you think? She has long hair, but it's not a problem... the problem is with the bangs, I don't think I cant find a wig with those bangs, and won't cut mine that way :/... and also I don't know if I would look like her >_<
If someone has more ideas, post it, please!

Theres also the female cast in Basilisk. All of the ladies have lipstick whether red or pink. Oboro is the one with pink.

It would make you much of a fancy chick! Which i can picture doing the fancy outfits she has. Now the question is which version the one with her bangs down like a fringe? Or the stage like hair from the olden days.
