Too much stuff, too few ideas...

There's a small anime con coming up in a few days, and I'm planning to go in costume. I'll probably end up dressing as the Tenth Doctor from Doctor Who because I've got a bunch of stuff that'll work (yeah, not anime, but he was in the animated ep "The Infinite Quest," so I figure it counts enough). I have some other costumeish pieces I'd love to use, though, so I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.
I recently got a Chinese wood/fabric umbrella, and I have black combat boots and a knee-length black trench coat of sorts, plus other random things, like black wings, a white dress, black lace gloves...I dunno exactly, just different stuff that seems like it would be fun for making a costume. But I haven't been able to think of another character I could go as who uses much of that stuff without having to go out and buy more pieces I don't have.
If it makes any difference, there are lots of pictures of me at flying-dolphin-stock.deviantart.com (my hair's shorter now, though), but since I'm kind of planning to go as a guy, it's probably not a huge deal.
Any ideas?
