Some help for a girl with long black hair?

Well, I need to design my costume before Otakon this year. But I can't think of anything cause Im slow. I have long black hair, which has purple highlights but Im dying it back to black. So...
My friends are doing a group cosplay of Tales of the Abyss, and they want me to be Tear. >.> But I don't really want to...If push comes to shove I probably will. (just get a wig)
But. I was thinking about being Tobi from Naruto...or Sexy No Jutsu Tobi. xD Cause I think that'd be funny. <3
But...I'd burn alive and die because of the heat....so....any other ideas?

what about ..the girl from Schrödinger's Lion holic...i can't think of here name
she has tons of outfits and seems like she would be fun to do ^^

You said that with that costume it would be way too hot --which I completely understand, I thought I would die if I did anything outside at Sac-Anime-- but, I think that with a Sexy No Jutsu outfit, you could make it a very warm-weather-friendly costume. If instead of a cape-thing you made a skirt and very short cape(I don't know what they're called, but the ones that go rest on your shoulders and go maybe 5 inches down/out. I don't know, but I see potential and I think the Tobi idea is awesome!
