I have no idea what to do
I haven't got much experience cosplaying. So, please give me ideas :3 I don't particularly favor wigs/cutting/dying hair. XD (Sorry D: That limits it... a lot... *my first real cosplaying thing, i wore a wig, and it was the most annoying thing EVAR. I'm really impatient. XD*

you'd be a perfect Hanon from Mermaid melody, you could just leave your hair the color it is, since you have the perfect style for her normal wear. or just go for her idol form, and keep the same hair, it'll still be cute, since you have the style ^_^

you could go with...
fuu from magic knight rayearth (her hair is a little lighter but noone will get mad at you for it
Sailor Jupiter (you cant go wrong with a sailor senshi! again, her hair is slightly darker but it IS curly/wavy so you already got that going for you!)
hm...but both have bangs...
I'll see if i can think of more later.
