Princess Aurora help!

Post by Mary Ryan Bogard » Sun Dec 16, 2007 9:33 pm

I've been trying to find some reference pictures of Aurora's princess dress from "Sleeping Beauty". However, all I can really find are pics of the pink dress, and I'm planning to do the blue one (I already have Peach; I don't think I need another pink ballgown). Does anybody have/know where I can get pics of Aurora in blue?

Incidentally, my grandmother already bought a ton of "ice blue" fabric, which I told her will work for the collar, sleeves, and skirt but not the bodice.

Yes, but she's probably trying to figure out what kind of blue colors to use, not necessarily the style of the dress.

For the skirt i would use quite a deep blue, the corset a light blue maybe 'baby blue'.

I would try visiting a local disney store to see if they have an authentic gown
