ok so i now cut my hair so can now use wigs:D
but one problem.... don't know who to cosplay as-.-
i'm 1,69m high
16 years old (soon 17)
never cosplayed before xD

I agree, Paine would be a good choice. Normally, I am exceedingly annoyed by overdone cosplays, but since you have the right hair and build, you should be able to do it fairly well.

You could also do Ivy from Soul Calibur. Though most of her outfits are undoubtedly skimpy, there are some that aren't that bad. (That is, if skimpiness bothers you.)

i don't mind if the costumes would be open xD
and i don't mind wearing a wig i just don't know about any cute anime chars at all and i want to make one that's cute xD

Chii would work with all of the satin you have. Her outfits are usually really short and have a lot of sex appeal to them. (they are even too short for ero-lolita *-*)

Princess Ai she has many lolita/sexy/goth rock costumes and red is one of her colors. plus your face just screams AI!

Also the manga is in black and white and has a lot of various costumes. you should pop by you local book store and check them out!

Ok so would it be ok to cosplay without a wig?

I now have dreads(not my real hair) but it's impossible to get anything over them because they are so thick

I think for your first costume you should pick a somewhat simple costume (unless your sewing skills are really good) and a character you really like. I would start a document and whenever you are watching something and you think 'oh I like that character' or 'oh I like that costume' write down the characters name and series. Soon you will have a long list to choose from.

Reading some of this, and looking at you... not only would you make an exceptional Chi, as suggested earlier, but also Princess Ai.

Chi is overdone however. And you remind me more of Princess Ai.
