Luka Matryoshka

Hi!! I am going to Anime Boston for my first ever anime con this year so I wanted to be Matryoshka Luka but I have a few problems! First, does anyone know what she wears for bottoms? Is it shorts, skirt, pants I have no clue so it would be great if someone could tell me!! Second, what color is her top? Is it pink or green because I've seen it as both!! Thanks!!
