I think Drocell Cainz is more price friendly for you, because seeing how Tina has all those accessories + long white wig usually costs more than the costume itself. :3

Also for Anime Expo it'll be summery hot and you would need a lot of sunblock if you are showing so much shoulders as Tina. So you totally can go for Drocell Cainz. You would look lovely as either though. (^^)/
