There are some simple ones that you could feasibly complete with just the clothing in your closet.

Take Makoto in the background: Blazer, drawstring shirt, and shorts.

Android 18: Denim, and khaki.

Or even Aoba from New Game: Windbreaker, striped shirt, shorts, and tights.
