Need help! Allen Walker cosplay!

I'm nearly finished making his costume but for his casual wear I can't find gloves and the vest. Does anyone know where I can find some? Also something to make the scar on his face. The stuff I always uses always smears when I try to put it on.

I think I found a place where I can get my vest. But now I need the make-up, gloves, and now I need boots cause the place I'm buying them from can't make 'em.
