what are the recommended materials needed???

Well, I just used a red dress I found at a thrift store and added the white to the collar and edges, seeing as it had no sleeves and is just her sleeveless version. If you really want to do it from scratch, I suggest finding a pattern that looks really close and make the alterations needed if need be. Anymore questions feel free to ask me
