I want to go as Agito from Air Gear. And his costume seems fairly simple to make, however. I am not sure where to start, and how to get the props, and things I need. Any ideas?

Oh, and does anyone know where you can buy contact lenses? That are not of normal color: Red, Purple, and Yellow for example?

Hmmm..... Well, you can buy the pants anywhere pretty much. The jacket you could start of with a basic one and alter it, or get a pattern and alter that instead. The eye patch you can make with some simple white cloth and white string. As for contacts, it depends on how much you want to spend. You can buy good ones from here:

I would use two basic orangde sweatshirts. one as a base and the other as material (so its a perfect match). then I would just make the extra pieces and sew them onto the sweatshirt. You can also use white hemming tape for the sleeve stripes. for the eye patch, i would use some white cloth and elastic.
man rereading this it sounds soo ambigious, i just dont know how to describe stuff well, sorry.
