Hello all, over at cosplay.com noone is really helping me there, so i thought i would come here instead to seek some help. Here is the ref pic:

the only thing that bugs me is the hat and the shoes. Everything else is easy to get. Thanks for your help!

Well there are two things you can do for the shoes one just wear normal green and white tennis shoes or you can find plain white tennis shoes like his and paint the design on and add the green strap.

For the hat find a plain beanie hat (like this http://www.2giftshop.com/images/WT2222.jpg)

(You may have to dye the hat though if you can find the right color)

And then glue or sew on the green things or what ever they are on the side then add the lime green trim to that. Then for the purple gem thing try finding a shiny purple fabric then cutting it out in a circular shape and sewing or gluing it to the hat.

The hat looks like the type with ear flaps but with the flaps really exaggerated for size. See this pattern, the blue example:

Minus the bill, plus bigger flaps that are longer and extend toward the front more.

His hat has a small bill on the back if you can find pics. And yes that hat looks really close to what i am looking for. So which is the best hat to got with?

The blue is the best pattern to go with but you'd just have to make the flaps bigger.

Thanks tons all! One thing that troubles me is when i get around to finding the shirt takeru wore in season 2. I just can't seem to find it anywhere, i can get everything else he wore with ease. Any and all help would be great, thanks!
