Details on Vergil's jacket

Post by mangastolemysoul » Tue May 27, 2008 3:12 pm

hey,
I'm making a variation of Vergil's jacket from DMC3.

The question I have is, how do I make the silver details on the torso? Is there a cheap/easy way to do it?

Thanks~

Well, it depends...what are you making the jacket out of? I don't think vinyl/leather/pleather takes fabric paint too well (and it's very difficult to paint a lighter fabric paint on a darker fabric --> need a lot of layers)~

You could try fabric paint and that's definitely the most straight forward way, but if that doesn't work, you could always try embordery?
