I need to know how to make Dilandau's outfit cuz I want to cosplay him of course. Problem is that I have no experience cosplaying, but I am very determined. Ok, the point is... I need to know how to make his costume from the Vision of Escaflowne TV show. I do however have resources, and I'm willing to put them to use to buy and put this together.
