Im cosplaying as a little sister from bioshock and i wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for making the adam needle that they hold...

Could you post a reference image please? It's harder for people to help when they're not sure what you're talking about.

That being said, pre-made prop syringes are available from various costume shops.
