Help Again~! Except this time I can tell you what it's for!

So, I know, not that long ago, I posted about a secret costume.
Well, this is for my secondary costume, so I can keep the other one a secret until AFTER the skit....
I'm trying to make Shiki, from The World Ends With You (which comes out tomorrow in the US!) and the costume itsself is pretty much done. I have some color things to fix, nothing big.

What I'm stuck on is this, how do I make Nyan-tan!? Nyan-tan is a black stuffed cat doll that Shiki ALWAYS has, so he's an essential prop. But I've never made stuffies quite like him, so I'm a bit at a loss...
