how should i go about making temari's fan (shes from naruto just in case ppl dont know)

Get some planks of wood and count how many planks are used in the fan. Drill a hole and place a bolt and washers in that hole. Lay it down and calculate the angle per plank. Next; staple on the fabric on one side.

The fan may have some interesting times adjusting to it's new folds, so place it in the bathroom closed and turn on some hot water to create some steam. but only if the wood or fabric can handle moisture.

buy or make... and i might end up buyin and paintin it rather than make not that handy in woodshop lol thankies a bunch you two :3
