My Jenova Project

Alright, I'm working on Jenova from FFVII.

I want to go all out with this one, but I need some help. What do you guys suggest I use to make her wings, headdress, etc? And More importantly how do I attach that to the body suit that I plan to use?

Any tips would be appreciated!

I saw someone use fabric, but it looked like pillows, perhaps you can modify something with melted plastics to give a gooy organ horror movie type thing going on top of some fabric and stick it on.

I have no clue how to help really.
