^ They have a blue color to chose, but I dont know exactly what it would turn out like, maybe you can decide. They also have a ton more wigs like that... but I dont know if they all come in blue... If it did come in the right one, you'd want D. Blue for Dark Blue, the other colors of blue are too light.

You could also buy a short Blue wig for the front and use curly clip in pieces for the back, found here http://ragdolly.net/ and here https://drlocks.net/cart/ . If you need some onfo on how thats done just PM me.

For the pattern, try looking for an old victorian type costume. Hancocks and Joanns have random sells, so look out.
