Help with Chobits Cosplay Pattern

Hello, I am new to cosplaying and I want to make my costume myself. I need help learning how to make a pattern and then learning how to find the right materials. I am looking to make a costume for Freya from Chobits.

This is the costume I'm looking to make.

Try getting similar patterns, and altering them and putting them together to get what you're lookin for. I have found this useful in the past :)

Thank you! I'm trying to find different ones, this is going to be interesting so far I have to fit together like 4 patterns.
