Yuna Songstress Costume... HELP!!!

Okay, I want to buy the costume, but I don't think I'll be able to save up enough money.... does anyone have a pattern or something that will be able to help me make it?? Even some good reference pictures would help a little bit, but I'd really like it if someone could show me a pattern or give me some help on it... thanks!!!
